Ordering
When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. In the confirmation you will find all information about the products, price, as well as billing and delivery address. If you notice any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us via live chat.

Delivery
Normal delivery times are 1-4 days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. If there are any delays, please contact us via live chat.

Prices
All prices on our website are quoted in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to incorrect information or changes from our suppliers.

Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us via live chat. Return shipping is paid by the customer and the products must be sent back in their original packaging.

Complaints and claims
If your product is defective or misshipped, please contact us via live chat for assistance with your claim. We will cover return shipping for approved claims.

Limitation of liability
Värmen.se is not responsible for indirect damages that may arise due to the product or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
